We currently have studio space available through out the facility.
There are currently three (3) open bays, one (1) semi-closed bay, and one (1) closed bay. All and equipt with shelving units and personal sinks (except the closed bay). This is a beautiful facility with heat and air conditioning, utility sinks, access to community lounge area, front gallery/store and even a back courtyard!
The studios rent for $155, $175, $185, and $195 a month. You can also rent out the space dailiy with price ranging from $20 to $100 per day. There is a warm, supportive community of artists and entrepreneurs in Art On Adams.

Philosophy
Arts on Adams is an establishment for art-based individuals and entrepreneurs. Arts on Adams will provide the resources and support to elevate our region’s growing art-community and businesses.
Arts On Adams tenant license agreements are on a month to month basis.
Arts On Adams tenants may be required to pay a Security Deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. The Security Deposit will either be returned at the end of the license agreement, if there is no substantial damage or used to cover damages if damages are incurred however can not be applied to the last month’s rent.
Arts On Adams tenants are to pay an extra $10 a month for internet, however all other utilites are included in the rent.
Arts On Adams tenants are also required to pay a Key Deposit of $25 per key. The Key Deposit will be returned at the end of the license agreement, if keys are returned.
